Was outreached by recruiting team, had an initial phone call with recruiting to share details about resume pertinence to application and position details. Then phone call with hiring manager and personality test. Then a panel interview for 90 minutes with two interviewers swapped out every 30 minutes. (Having now conducted interviews at Lucid, the questions are selected topically by the hiring manager - often asking you to elaborate on your resume experience to clarify on specific skills and abilities associated both with the position of interest and the interviewers position/expertise - best way to prepare is to research each interviewer beforehand). 5 min is left at the end of each 30 min block for the interviewee to ask questions. For me, this is when they asked for references while setting up for the last interview: an interview with the department director / VP.
