Probably the longest process I have been involved in. First, a condescending call with the hiring manager (also apparently the QA manager). Second, a strong technical call with other QA personnel about automation testing. Third, a meeting with higher up management that never happened. The entire process took about 4 weeks, plus a week of waiting to schedule the third interview while the manager was on vacation, in which I never heard back from.
