First, there was a typing skill/speed test then, the interview with either one or several possible supervisors, each one would be asking a specific question. There was one that requested to sell an object in the room.

HR called to see if I was interested in interviewing with team leader, interviewed with who would be my direct supervisor, then got conditional letter of employment pending background and drug test

Honestly, it felt like more of a conversation than a formal interview. Basically talked about the industry, personality-type questions, tenets of sales, role played a call.

Interview
It was organized, asked typical interview questions, what caught me off guard was they want to do a role play, where you try to sell them something while on a call. It was challenging but great!
