Initial interview was recorded and sent to "someone" (or AI) in recruitment, from there received a first interview with hiring manager (but still never had contact with a recruiter to get the basic questions answered). Then weeks later asked to do a panel interview with four people - limited time to talk to four people. Felt like the panel interview was rushed and the questions were all "staged" so it didn't feel personal or that they wanted to really get to know me and my real experience. Finally, heard back on a decision three weeks later in an email - not from a recruiter calling, not from the hiring manager, but a form letter that wasn't even personalized to my experience. Overall, very poor experience. The silver lining is that I feel all the better I didn't get the role as I have to believe the interview process was just a bit of foreshadowing on the culture if I were to have ended up working there.
