Interview
Only did the screening where it was made up of questions and games . No humans assessing you but an AI. Honestly a waste of time, this company does the least when it comes to getting to know candidates and have no issue with rejecting highly qualified people. However, looking at the reviews, the company needs some major improvements. Don’t waste your time. Spent a lot of my time trying to answer the questions in the format they wanted and the least they could’ve done is had a actual human being LISTEN to my responses.

Interview
You are given an automatic interview where you record 5-6 questions, where you get two chances to submit. Then, there is a set of cognitive games you play to show math skills, analytical skills, etc. After completing, mentions a member of the recruitment team will reach out. That never happened, therefore either don't have the bandwidth, or simply don't care to follow up with candidates.

What was a time you had to deal with a difficult client/account?
The interview process was done through HireVue, which consisted of 7 questions and 2 games. Interviewees are given the option to practice sample questions before the official questions. Additionally, there are 2 tries to record your answers for each question.
