Dont even trust their offer ever because one week before joining they ll come n tell you that they are taking back their offer because the business approval is not there currently. Two rounds of the same technical interview. One over Skype and the second in person.in my case I had a third Skype round because first team froze hiring . I must have been alert at that point. I naively agreed to this and have another round . The offer came delayed by 25 days and I was to serve notice in my employer. When finally one week before joining , the hr drops a bomb saying pls revoke papers with your employer as we are not being able to onboard you at this point as we don't have business approval . Is this even fair ?
