Hi, Thank you for taking the time to interview with Lumen Solutions. I am very glad that my team is making a genuine effort to request for Teams interview. We all are remote and we need to ensure that resources that we sent to client are genuine. We receive fraudulent candidates all the time and video call is the only way to verify. Furthermore, you had spoken about someone being a gatekeeper and you are correct. Asking about your experience is part of my team's job. As you stated RTR is normal and incorrect position should never be there on the RTR. We all make mistakes and we should ensure we learn and do not repeat.
