Lumen21 interview questions

Got call from HR, asked basic questions and schedule interview for next day. On interview day, they give me application form, question paper and one blank page for essay writing, once it is done, first interview was taken by HR Manager and Director, after completion of interview they said your final interview will be taken by US Team. They are not serious about interview process, they treat candidate very badly, my interview was schedule with US person in night at 12:30 a.m. to 01:00 a.m. In midnight I was waiting for call and that person never call me, the same happened again in next week , third time I received the call and it was 10 min call asking for general question, where do you stay, what is traveling time, are you comfortable to work in night shift, that's it and interview done.
