Took a few months after applying for me to hear from them. I Had one 30 minute round with the recruiter and was told there would be one more 45 minute conversation, no live coding or anything like that, but it would dive deeper on the technical parts.
There's a lot written online about this company and it seems far too detailed and overwhelming to be untrue. My experience with the interview was a normal interview. The only red flag I noticed is that they do pretend statutory holidays are free vacation days they're giving you. They told me I get a month of vacation time, that's 15 days plus US or Canadian holidays. That's not how it works, you get those days regardless of what the company says.

Question 1
What was a challenging task you had on a recent project?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lumenalta (Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul) in Nov 2020
Interview
I was referred by an acquaintance. One person from the HR has scheduled the first meeting with me. It was a very fun talk and she liked my profile. Then she has sent me a link for an on-line test, which took a couple of hours to ace it. After completing the test I was scheduled for a meeting with the CEO, that liked my profile. I negotiated my salary but I told him I was 2 years without vacation, and wanted to have more time before joining the company... so he told me my first day could be 15 days later. It was good enough for me so I left the call happy. The next day after the call he has sent me an e-mail telling me he figured out a way for me to join only the next month. So I had a full month vacation as I wanted.
