Lumious interview questions

Seemed fairly routine. Set up a time to talk to see if we were a good fit. Asked about my experience. Professional demeanor. Described some typical client needs. Asked about the expected pay for the work.

They pursued me over the course of 18 months and that was pretty good. I particularly remember meeting the executive team and a board member at a conference where I was presenting and speaking on a panel with a competitor. They asked me why I did not have real ownership in the products I had brought to market...that was a really good question.
