LunaWebs interview questions

Questions are on a sheet of paper. Be ready to answer the regular questions and some weird ones. I was promised a lot more than delivered. He made it seem like he was a nice and easy going person that would be great to work for and grow with, but it is quite the opposite. The hiring process now consists on a type test, shortcut test, and interview with CEO that could last anywhere from 5 min to an hour depending on if he likes you. Many great applicants that were well qualified didn't get the job because he didn't like their tone of voice, attitude, looks, etc.
