It was the standard phone screening, quite a broad topics.Expect very functional questions during a screening interview. Often, at this stage, the interviewer is a recruiter or hiring manager, not the actual manager for this position. The interviewer’s goal is to create a shortlist of appropriate candidates, who will then continue on to the next interview.
I applied through Linkedin and got a mail for the first round of interview which happened with a person and he gave me one program and asked me to find the problems in the code or how we can improve the code. I answered him but he was asking questions inside questions from me.
