Interview
It went great! I really enjoyed the mock phone call to a customer to ensure we had the knowledge and capability to handle such an issue. I also enjoyed the group discussion at the beginning as well as the 1:1 at the end. I believe this was the best interview I have ever been on and it shows that the Lyft family really does care about the moral and the people that they hire to become a part of the family.

Interview
Once they email you saying they would like to interview you, you first send in a written response to an email from a driver and they review it and if they like how you responded then they emailed me a link and the time of the interview. Then when you go to the link you join the meeting and you get interviewed by 4 different people including a customer role play. And they also check your internet connection. They also make sure you have a desk, chair and a quiet office space in your home.
