I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Lyft (San Francisco, CA) in May 2017
Interview
Overall I felt the interview experience was a very positive one. Though my particular interview process was very long, everyone involved was welcoming, warm, and responsive when I needed them to be.

The interview process is thorough, fair and even fun!
Here's the process: Recruiter phone screen >> Traditional phone interview >> Onsite Interview with 4 members >> Mock sales presentation >> Two referrals.
Do detailed research about the company, the role and the healthcare industry beforehand as you'll be expected to be on top of your game.

Question 1
Expect to get asked about your sales philosophy and process, how you've provided solutions to clients, how you build relationships, how you've been successful in ambiguous environments, and why exactly are you interested in Lyft and the role specifically.
There shouldn't be any surprises as long as you do your in-depth prep before hand.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lyft (New York, NY)
Interview
The team was great to work with and had some unique ways of asking questions and gathering information. I was PROMISED that I would be called back the same day of my in person interview and it's been over a week with no contact since. I was expecting a bit higher level on professionalism from Lyft.
