After for PhD in UT Houston GSBS, get a invitation for the on site interview. GSBS pay for the hotel and ticket, the interview last for a day. Have 1 on 1 chat with five professor from the department. They asked about regular resume question and research done in the past. Offered the position two weeks after the interview.
