      Senior Graphic Designer Interview

      Jul 18, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at MJS

      Interview

The company does not advertise positions but positions are made aware by word of mouth. Portfolios that meet the standards when submitted are scrutinized. The company calls the potential designer for an interview which is attended by the Director, Office Manager and the Creative Director. At this point we try to know the character of the individual and his/her talents. If the person is willing and able then an employment letter is drafted.
