Smooth and pleasant process, competency based questions and lots of follow up questions, asked about the gaps in my career, asked about my organisational skills and attention to details. The panel consisted of the Human Resources representative, head of the department and a senior admin.
The interview process was simple took about 30-50 minutes to answer all of the questions i was being asked. The interviewer asked me about my previous job, past experiences, and my skills that pertain to the job.
