Interview
1. I applied online through their site and there was a series of question that were to be asked.
2. I got a call to set up an interview regarding the position I applied towards (Of which you cannot choose) for.
3. I met 1:1 for the interview and was asked another series of questions regarding past employment, as well as what the position would be like and what the pay was.
4. After the interview I was called for in the waiting area and was asked if they could do a background check, I said yes.
5. After days of waiting I got a call saying if I was still interested in the position. I went and was suddenly told that they needed a person of whom had experience with the forklift. In the first interview I told them that I had NO experience with the forklift, yet they call me in and expect me to have it already acquired. I kept telling them that I can learn quickly and cost effectively for the company.
6. As a result the company has a great environment in which one wants to work in, although the crappy HR's cannot choose for their life a potential employee!

Very quick interview with the store manager and then department manager afterwards. Done with multiple interviewees so its like an orientation. This was for a seasonal position. There was also videos to watch.

Interview
Very easy, basic questions like if i was in school and if commute would be an issue. Interviewer was very nice to me and offered me a position on the spot
Went to an open interview and had one interview with manager. After that I received. Phone call to discuss open positions. The interview process was smooth and easy to learn more about the company.
