I applied online and a recruiter put in contact quickly. I had two interview calls and a design exercise before scheduling a visit to the MACY'S offices. I had a screener with the lead designer, it was a positive and relaxed interview. She warned me about the director was tough. I didn't know what to say about that, but I could see it later. The next interview was very uncomfortable and rigid with intimidating questions. Terrible experience. This place have a lot turns over on the same position and now understand why.
