I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's in Oct 2013
Interview
Really good campus recruiting process, they bring in individuals from different positions at Macy's and talk about their experience. The interview process is a two-part process, and it is more of a conversational interview. They do a nice job making sure you are relaxed and not nervous.

Besides the behavioral interview, they also have an activity. You have to pick which employee you want to train and explain why. Be as clear as you can.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY) in Nov 2013
Interview
I attended an interview session on campus, which really got me interested in this program. I had been selected by an HR manager to get a one on one interview on campus, which also went very well. After doing well on this interview, I was invited to a super day in NYC. Throughout this interview process I had do undergo several online assessments that took a significant amount of time. During the super day, you learned even more about the program and were interviewed by two different employees. The day also included a timed individual case study and a team case study to test your leadership and critical thinking abilities.
