I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's in Mar 2014
Interview
I had five interviews not including the initial HR interview. The turnaround was really quick from initial interview to offer and start date. I interviewed up to the VP level. Good and relevant questions with the team. I was able to get a good sense of the position and meet the people I would be working with prior to accepting the job.
