      Interview

This interview process was straight forward and allowed for a lot of time to explain my resume, experience, school, grades, interests, hobbies, and passions. They were very nice and engaging and the interview was more like a conversation.

      Declined offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Macy's in Feb 2008

      Interview

I was interviewed initially on my college campus and then invited to NYC for a follow up, day long interview. They paid for my transporation there and back and provided us with breakfast upon arrival. To start of there was an information session telling us about the job. Then we were broken into three groups. The first group had 1:1 interviews first, the second had the group interviews first, the third had the presentation first and we rotated.
