It was a Very straight forward interview process. There was no pressure at all. Welcoming and friendly. The interview questions were structured and situational based. For example, tell me a time you had to deal with an angry customer, and how did u handle it?

Interview
I applied online and received a phone call to set up an interview about a week later. I came in 15 minutes in advance for my interview and then waited about 15 minutes before being seen. The interview was one on one and took probably about 25 minutes.
She went over my resume and asked about my previous experience and education. Before we got into the actual questions, she went over the job and expectations. After that, there was a bunch of behavioral and situation based questions.
In the end, I was offered a job on the spot. Interview was quite easy.
