I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mads Technologies (Noida) in Apr 2020

The interview process was quick even in this virtual times. There were two rounds. And I got the feedback the next day only. One of my friends was also interviewed by them. She was not shortlisted but HR sent interview response to her on the very same day. Even she found the company good and want to work with them in future if she gets a chance.

First round was easy. Basic questions if Javascript and Node Js were asked. Second round was little tough, algorithms, Microservices architecture were asked. Projects implemented, issues faced and how you resolved them

Hiring process is very poor. These guys even don't know how to behave with the candidates. They will shout if you ask feedback. Not at all professional. Don't go there to interview. These guys are literally mad as the name of their company.
