Magnet Kitchen Designer interview questions

I was given a telephone interview to see my suitability for the role, then I was offer a face to face with the manager during the phone interview. When I had an interview a few days later I basically sat through an hour of a big headed egotistic manager telling me how good he was and he went through come much Commission, I would be earning and expect the sales figures to be. He didn’t ask me anything about myself he had my CV and I brought a Portfolio of work but he wasn’t very interested. He asked when I could start and I thought I would be offered the job. But I never heard anything back, until I emailed the HO for an update a week later. Lucky excape I think.

Smooth. First contact on the phone and then after a couple of weeks they called me for an interview F2F in the jobplace where was the vacancy. The next week I got an email with the response.
