The interview process had three steps. First it was the interview with the HR, where we talked about my past and if I am what they need, after I had an technical interview about Javascript, nothing too complicated, and after this interview I received a task on the company's website to create an application using their tool, I had a week but I gave up pretty quickly because the tool is not good, the documentation of the tool is not great and the task was not explained very well.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Make in Sep 2021
Interview
After filling the application. I was contacted by Talent Acquisition Partner and the technical task was sent to me. The task was a real dive into work and a great chance to knowledge about a job that you will be doing in the future at this position. After submission of my task, a week passed, and I was invited to an interview with a team itself, where they asked me to come on the paid trial week of work to get to know the team and explore the company from within. Sooner after I've got my offer!
