I was offered for my own flexible hours for my first interview and it went very well as the interviewer made the conversation lightly and that makes me comfortable. So that, I can communicate very openly and enable me to be myself when I'm answering the questions. It took only about a couple days to receive the second interview offer and it was carried out the following day as well. I had my second interview with the team manager and it went really well too. I was given one week to complete the assessment after my second interview and then do my presentation on the due date. I was given the result of the assessment and interview within a week after the process. Overall, it was very sufficient and effective.
