ManageGo Customer Service Representative - Tech Support interview questions

In person interview (really? you guys are a software company) and the manager doesn't even look interested. Manager had no idea what my background was, implying he didn't even bother looking through my resume beforehand. Will ask you Excel questions despite not having it in job description?
