Gave my resume to a representative at a college career fair, got an email a week later to fill out their application and send them an unofficial transcript, and then got an email to schedule a Skype interview. The Skype interview was with a HR representative from their headquarters in Madrid. In the interview we went over my resume and academic record.

Easy going, personable. You will do several rounds with many different levels of seniority. A mix of technical and general questions. You will meet managers, seniors, and a partner. Overall a great experience.

Simple interview with some logical questions. It was more about to know the interviewee. Had to answer questions like what my hobbies were, education, grades, etc. And it was about that, just being yourself.
three stages, each interview roughly 30 mins. it went quite smoothly, although some interviewers were inexperienced and asked standard questions. apart from this it was good, no real complaints. Not a lot of very tough questions
