Inicialmente, é feita a dinâmica em grupo bastante tranquila, onde todos precisamos sugerir ideias de investimentos para o perfil citado, e depois unir e selecionar quais ideias serão apresentadas.
Depois, foi a entrevista com o rh, bastante focada no currículo e histórico escolar.
Em terceiro, foi a entrevista com um gerente. Este foi bastante simpático e fez as perguntas em um ritmo de conversa.
Por último, tive a entrevista com uma sócia. Ela era bastante séria, e eu perguntei mais coisas do que respondi, portanto me pareceu uma entrevista de formalidade.

The process took about 6 rounds, 2 of them were case studies and the rest behavioral. Overall the process was straightforward and allowed me to understand how the company operated. I began interviewing late August and didn't get an offer until December.
