everyone on the team is so lovely and it was amazing to meet everyone. but after investing so much time into prep, 7 rounds of interviews, and take home assignments, i was rejected post final round. it was just dis-heartening bc it seemed like they liked me and the conversations were very nice.

whats a problem you face day to day + how would you solve it?
There was an initial zoom with the HR/ recuiting person, then a zoom with the hiring manager. The 3rd round was an in office meeting with the new head of CX and 1-2 other people on the marketing team. Then they asked me to complete a project.
