My interview experience was disappointing. Communication leading up to the interview was limited, with the scheduling process handled through an automated system and no direct interaction with a recruiter before the meeting.
The interviewer joined several minutes after the scheduled start time and began the interview without providing much context about the role or the team. The conversation felt very transactional, with only a few questions asked during the allotted time. I also felt there was limited engagement with my responses, which made it difficult to have a meaningful discussion about my background and qualifications.
The interview concluded well before the scheduled end time, leaving little opportunity to learn more about the position or organization. Overall, the process did not leave me with a positive impression of the candidate experience or the recruiter I spoke with.
