Manitoba Blue Cross interview questions

The interview process was very straightforward. • Got an initial interview with the HR after a week or so after applying online. • After 2 weeks, got a final interview with the IT supervisor and the IT manager.

It was a pretty straight forward interview. First few questions were about my previous experience with technologies they use. The following questions were behavioural questions that tested my ability to work in different scenarios. Technical questions were related to my ability to solve problems in production given a certain deadline or issue.
