I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Manpower (Guadalajara, Jalisco)
Interview
First had to attend to a very brief interview to have a brief description for the position and the company you will actually work for, after, they invite you for the next interviews directly with the Company you will be working for (needless to say, this is an outsourcing company), the real interviews come with the Company that needs your services.

Question 1
In Manpower´s interviews, it was more like a short chat to clarify the position and in the company come the real questions
Good. Very good. Mucho gusto. Yes yes man. Not short not long. Very nice. Three rounds. 5 interviewees. Not long proess. Desperate for help. That about sums it up for me
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Manpower (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
The interview process was good but not particularly easy. It was a relatively relaxed atmosphere, and the interviewers were friendly. They seemed a bit desperate to fill the role quickly, which was evident from how fast they moved through the stages. Despite that, the company offers a competitive salary, which added to their appeal. Overall, it felt informal but slightly disorganized.

Question 1
They asked me: “How do you handle tight deadlines when multiple priorities are involved?”
