Interview
My client was having a difficult time filling a role within their HR department. On a whim I discussed the possibility that I might come in and assist. They brought me in and discussed their needs. I was quickly offered the role and joined the clients staff as a contingent in July 2017 with an anticipated end date of Dec. 2017. I have since been extended to the end of May 2018. The pace is very fast and exciting and I am completely enjoying my stay there..although I am really looking forward to my return to my local Manpower office and getting back to my position as a Staffing Specialist.

My hours of availability, computer knowledge, basic knowledge of recruiting tactics for our local area, I will say, I have been working with this client for 12 years so they were completely aware of my work ethic and skill levels, my interview was pretty quick.
