The interview is very intense and will happen in a room with personnel from the department you will potentially work. There will also be an HR rep from the company to sit in on the the interview. It is formal and not meant to intimidate but will make you think.

Phone Interview. Very engaging at first and had very helpful answers to my questions. I never got a call back from the recruiter and I also sent follow up emails and again nothing back.
