Interview
I met with recruiters at my school's engineering career fair and then received an offer to interview about a week later. After interviewing, I got an offer about 2-3 weeks later.

There were a lot of behavioral questions about working within a group
Panel Interview after the career fair, and all of the questions were behavioral/star method questions. These other glass door interview reviews for the process helped a lot as well. Time slot for the interview was 30 minutes and in person.

Why do you want to work for Marathon? Another question asked about something I did that I was proud about and was an accomplishment.
The process was very easy. They met me on campus and then interviewed me with 2 representatives. I felt as if every word I said, they were listening to me.
