I applied a month before the store oppened, and within the week I got a callback. I had a brief interview over the phone and then we scheduled a time for me to come in. I wore a button down shirt, tie and black pants. They seemed to like that. I waited for half an hour in a crowded room, then I was called back and asked the same questions I answered on the phone. Then I was scheduled for another interview with the store manager. I came in with the same clothes. After a few questions about hourly rates ect. I was hired.
