I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Marine Credit Union in Jan 2016
Interview
I met them through my university career fair and the recruiter took my resume. Within a week or so, he contacted me via email for a on campus interview with the senior HR manager. After that interview, I received an email that I passed onto a n interview with the managers in the local area that I will be interning. They didn't really give any specifics about the interview process or length of each. I went and interview with 3 different manager back to back for 30 min each which is a total of 2 hours, since some other candidates did went a little over time for some. After 2 weeks, a phone call was received to tell if I got the position or not.
They sit you down and you have a normal hour long interview.
They then bring you back in and you sit with a consumer loan officer for a couple of hours and see what the job is really like.
This is where they get you because it seems great, but in reality it is not.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marine Credit Union in Nov 2019
Interview
This was a few years ago, but you take one or two online tests before getting called in. There's a brief in-person interview before they present one to two potential jobs depending on your test scores. If you go for the job they dont think suits you, they offer to let you job shadow before a more in-depth interview. Overall, very smooth and their recruiters help facilitate it really well.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Depending on test results, they ask what job you'd prefer and then discuss how you'd be suited to that one.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Marine Credit Union (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2017
Interview
Asked very basic questions and reviewed resume. They had me tell them about each employer listed on my resume and tell them about my duties at each former employer.
