Basically asked my availability and because I was totally free they confirmed I would be hired. Due to Covid there was no role-play or even no questions. This was one-on-one and the interviewer was very friendly.

What can be done to improve the customer experience
Applied online, the interview was fairly easy and had some standard interview Qs then a scenario where the interviewer acted as a customer. I was given some time to prepare, then had to act as a store assistant and help the ‘customer’ order an item that was out of stock.
