I filled in the online application form after which I was invited for an interview with the manager and the HR. During the interview I was assessed not only on the basis of my CV, but answering the behavioral questions through while applying the STAR technique. Following that, my references were checked together with my documentation.

Interview
I interviewed with the restaurant manager and HR, and both were really welcoming and friendly. The interview felt more like a relaxed conversation than a formal interrogation, which helped me feel at ease and able to be myself. They were clear about the role and happy to answer questions, making the overall experience very positive.
