The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marriott International in Aug 2009
Interview
I applied online at the crestline website. I was was contacted very shortly after and scheduled an interview. I first met with the HR coordinator who asked me all the basic information. Name, address, and a few typical hr questions. I was then passed off to the Banquet manager. She basically asked me about my experiences and such. Much more of a conversation then an interview. We talked for what seemed 2 hours. I was then called back for a 2nd interview with the HR manager, the lead captain/assistant banquet manager and the banquet manager where I went through a few scenarios. I then had a drug test and a background check. I was offered the job the about the next day pending the drug test.
