phone call screening, and then they schedule you for an online interview with your manager. Then you meet with the manager on teams to do the interview. Mostly STAR questions

one round of interview with the Human Resources manager, another round with the direct manager of the position and the director of the London cluster.

Very thorough questioning and lots of challenging scenarios to assess your thinking process and persuasion skills. They actually shared recent work challenges and asked you to solve it. Lots of knowledge based and situation based questions.
