I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marriott International (San Antonio, TX) in Mar 2012
Interview
It was lovely, very inviting, and you did not feel so pressured likes some companies can make you feel. They started off by going through your resume, asking why you chose them, then they asked a series of situational questions where you gave them a recollection of an experience and what you did to handled it, and what the outcome was.

Interview
Two interviews with talking about experience and how to approach different situations. It felt pretty easy and nothing too hard. Just feel confident and know what you are talking about. That is what they are mainly looking for that you aren't too shy and can be very helpful for their guests.
