There are 3 rounds 1. Phone interview with hiring manager 2. Case Interview with a group of people which you prepare on the site 3. On site local business leader interview where you understand more about the local business

The process is very impersonal as most messages are automated. Received details for video interview where you record yourself answering pre-populated questions. About a week after this I was given a date for a second interview without my input for availability, so I took the day off from my current employer. Had a video interview with hiring managers that lasted an hour covering topics varying from experience, STAR questions, and opportunity for me to ask questions. From my understanding, this was the final interview. I sent my thank you and did not receive an automated rejection. Disappointing experience that makes you feel like you’re just another number and the company does not respect your time.
