Interview
Started with half hour telephone interview discussing CV and experience.
Invited to panel day following week. First part was presenting 5 year plan on a business scenario that you don't see until the day. You are given 90 mins to prepare and then 10 mins to present back.
They then ask you questions on this - asking what went well and what you could do differently.
Showing this self awareness is key.
Then there is more of a formal interview focusing on competency questions (Tell me about a time where you faced into a tough negotiation etc) and answering in the STAR format will help you.

Question 1
If you were to have your own business, what would you do?
online application followed by phone interview. Then put through to an assessment day. Some of the applicants sent home half way through, with two people going through to final interview on the same day.

3 interviews. Telephone. Face to face with a presentation on a case study shared either before or on the day on interview and final interview with senior team. Each lasted almost an hour.

Interview
HR first round telephone interview - competency based, getting to know you. Second round, assessment center (group exercises, prepared presentation and unprepared case study). Final round with either GM or Director, competency and personal based.
