I was sent an online video interview to complete on my own time. It was very technical and specific. They asked a lot of mathematical questions about inventory and sales, which was something I was not expecting for the very first video screening.

Phone call, then followed by a rushed interview with three managers, awalk through the distribution center, quick questions, and no specifics. The operation had many flaws that we admitted to. They have no answers and a grasping to the hopes they can some how stabilize their work force. This was the challange they give all in coming entry level supervisors.
