Easy interview process with Assistant Manager of Customer Service and Operations. Asked situational questions based on company pillars and values. Questions gauged leadership experience, teamwork ability, conflict management, etc. I was an internal hire, being an store associate looking to move into a more leadership role as a coordinator.
