Applied online. After passing the first filter, I had to do numerical and verbal tests. After that, a phone interview. The interview was short and completely dumb. Lots of irrelevant and stupid questions. I was asked things like "If you had done this project at university differently, how would it have been different?". I spent most of the interview describing hypothetical non-existent situations. They don´t seem to care about education, as I exceeded what they demanded.
