Three separate, virtual interviews with individuals of increasing status. Took approximately 1 month in totality. Very friendly scientists. However there was a lengthy references process with quick turnaround. Was told I would hear back by HR but radio silence and difficult to get a response sometimes.

Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

Second-round with program managers/director, also a 30-minute video call, with more behavioral interview questions, more focused on my specific background and how my skills can transfer to the jmob

If you have multiple projects with an upcoming deadline that you know you wouldn't be able to make, how would you handle the situation?
I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
